At the age of 19, Rob Elliott took $850 and started a small business in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Rob’s business is now known internationally as being one of the best organized businesses in his industry. Rob has appeared in dozens of national magazines and has even graced the cover of three international magazines. Frustrated by the fact that small business owners have very little choice when it comes to effective, low cost advertising, Rob founded “Under the Plate".
